If you are not completely satisfied with our online courses for any reason, simply let us know through our Contact Us page or by email at  and we will refund your unused lessons! Refunds will be credited to your credit card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank, and minus any credit card processing fee.  Bonus: Unused lessons may alternatively be applied to in-person training sessions at our Westlake Village location.
